What Next?
On the road to getting your web site designed for your business...

1. Contact us: either email, or by phone. info@visualwebs.org or telephone (425)-336-0069

2. Initial Consultation:
Available over the phone or in person to discuss your website needs (at no cost).

3. First Deposit Due:
At the start of the web site design process, we require a 1/3 deposit and a signed contract.

4. Page Content:
We'll determine how many pages you will need and whether or not you have existing material to fill those pages.We will expect content in the form of a computerized format. Either, CD, zip or email is acceptable. However, if you do not have any computerized text, you may submit hand written or printed material.

5. Artwork:
The best possible method for providing graphics is to supply electronic images (i.e. jpg, gif, tif, png etc). Alternatively, you may also provide - brochures, photographs and other printed material, which will latter be scanned.

6. Template Approval:
The first major milestone is the web site template design and completeion. Visual Webs will design your template in preparation for text and pictures, and will provide you ample opprtunity to review the design, and approve it prior to pursuing with the development.

7. Second Deposit Due:
After we have received sign off for the web site template, the second deposit will be required and the web site development will continue.

8. Construction and Completion of your website:
We will continue to develop your web site, and at the same time provide you regular updates so that you could check to see if any changes or corrections are required.

9. Final Signoff and outstanding balance Due:
 When the website design is complete and ready to go live, you will sign it off and pay the outstanding balance.

10. Website Launch:
 After receiving the final payment, we will copy your website to the server, and make it available on the World Wide Web!
 
11. Search Engine Submission:
Your website will be submitted to the search engines. This may take a few weeks to become active. If required, we could provide you numerous free tools to monitor your web site.

11. Maintenance Options :
Based on your business needs you may either be trained to maintain your web site, or we could do it on a contractual basis.
